Разработка настоящего программного комплекса выполнена с использованием языка программирования Python. Архитектура комплекса включает в себя модуль автоматизированного расчета баллов в реальном времени, систему обезличивания персональных данных и локальную базу данных. Для обеспечения автономной работы разработана офлайн-версия рассматриваемого комплекса с графическим интерфейсом на базе библиотеки Tkinter. В алгоритм заложены математические модели интерпретации шкал, соответствующие международным стандартам.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Разработан функциональный программный комплекс, обеспечивающий сбор и структурирование данных о симптомах, функциональном состоянии и психическом статусе пациентов. Комплекс позволяет формировать долгосрочные архивы показателей для оценки течения заболевания. Внутреннее тестирование подтверждает 100%-ную воспроизводимость расчетов и стабильность передачи данных. Интеграция APl обеспечивает потенциальную совместимость с государственными медицинскими информационными системами.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Разработанный программный комплекс соответствует принципам бережливого производства в здравоохранении и позволяет сократить временные затраты врачей специалистов на 20-30% за счет автоматизации рутинных вычислений. Внедрение системы в амбулаторную практику способствует переходу к проактивной модели ведения ХОБЛ, тем самым обеспечивая раннее выявление обострений и снижение частоты повторных госпитализаций. Адаптация к российским нормативным требованиям делает комплекс перспективным решением для отечественной телемедицины.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The purpose of the research is analyze the possibility of using questionnaires: Clinical COPD Questionnaire, COPD Assessment Test and modified Medical Research Council Dyspnoea Scale - for remote assessment of the health status of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and their integration into a software package developed for the purpose of dynamic monitoring in an outpatient setting.</p><sec><title>Methods</title><p>Methods. The software system was developed using the Python programming language. Its architecture includes a real-time automated scoring module, a personal data de-identification system, and a local database. To ensure offline functionality, an offline version of the system was developed with a graphical user interface based on the Tkinter library. The algorithm incorporates mathematical models for interpreting the scales in accordance with international standards.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. A functional software system was developed that enables the collection and structured storage of data on symptoms, functional status, and mental health status of patients. The system allows for the creation and maintenance of long-term archives of parameters to assess disease progression. Internal testing confirms 100% reproducibility of calculations and stability of data transfer. API integration ensures potential compatibility with state medical information systems.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. The developed software system aligns with the principles of lean healthcare and can reduce specialist physician time expenditure by 20–30% through the automation of routine calculations. Implementation of the system into outpatient practice facilitates a transition to a proactive model of COPD management, thereby enabling early detection of exacerbations and reducing the rate of rehospitalizations.
