Цель исследования. Цифровизация всех сфер прикладной деятельности стала обязательным условием не только развития, но и существования современного общества, функционирование которого обеспечивается условиями принятия эффективных управленческих решений. В эпоху облачных вычислений, Big Data и социальных сетей комплексная обработка управленческой информации становится трендом в различных отраслях.
Обязательным структурным элементом, определяющим жизнеспособность государственных и социальных структур, является система подготовки и обучения подрастающего поколения. В качестве базиса подготовки востребованных рынком специалистов выступает система высшего образования, поэтому система управления высшего образования обязана активно внедрять инновации и оптимизироваться, менять традиционные модели и методы, создавать эффективную систему управления образованием с учетом специфики современного поколения и необходимости решения образовательных задач вузами в условиях формирования единого информационного пространства, реализуемого с помощью автоматизированных информационных систем.
Целью исследования является анализ процесса цифровизации управления образовательным процессом вуза на базе использования информационной системы автоматизации образовательного процесса. Для достижения указанной цели необходимо проанализировать положительные аспекты цифровизации, выявить отрицательные моменты и сформулировать предложения по их устранению.
Методы исследования: изучение структуры и специфики функционирования существующих цифровых технологий, применяемых в вузах; метод опроса; наблюдение; описательный метод; методы синтеза и анализа.
Результаты. Основная гипотеза исследования заключается в предположении, что цифровая трансформация управления образовательным процессом представляет собой интеграцию информационных технологий и управленческих решений на базе единой системы автоматизации. Результаты исследования подтверждают эффективность использования системы «Апекс-ВУЗ» в профильном вузе.
Заключение. В ходе проведенного исследования сформулированы конкретные предложения по модернизации системы «Апекс-вуз» в профильном вузе.
The purpose of research. Digitalization of all spheres of applied activity has become a prerequisite not only for the development, but also for the existence of a modern society, the functioning of which is ensured by the conditions for making effective managerial decisions. In the era of cloud computing, Big Data, and social media, complex management information processing is becoming a trend in various industries. An obligatory structural element determining the viability of state and social structures is the system of training and education of the younger generation. The higher education system acts as the basis for training specialists in demand by the market, therefore, the higher education management system is obliged to actively innovate and optimize, change traditional models and methods, create an effective education management system taking into account the specifics of the modern generation and the need for universities to solve educational problems in the context of the formation of a single information space implemented using automated information systems. The purpose of the research is to analyze the process of digitalization of the university's educational process management based on the use of an information system for automating the educational process. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to analyze the positive aspects of digitalization, identify negative aspects and formulate proposals for their elimination.
Methods. Research methods: study of the structure and specifics of the functioning of existing digital technologies used in universities, survey method, observation, descriptive method, synthesis and analysis methods.
Results. The main hypothesis of the study is the assumption that the digital transformation of educational process management is the integration of information technology and management solutions based on a single automation system. The results of the study confirm the effectiveness of using the "APEX-VUZ" system in a specialized university. Conclusion. In the course of the conducted research, specific proposals were formulated for the modernization of the "APEX-VUZ" system in a specialized university.
